Belize Mission Trip. On March 12th, a team of 15 people, ranging in
age from 12-73, traveled to Belize. The team spent nine days in the
country working at Youth Enhancement Services, a school for girls who
are unable to attend a main-stream school. During their time at the
school members of the team offered classes in both sewing and computer
skills. They also worked on repairing, improving, and painting the classroom building. In addition to the time at YES, they were able to spend time
visiting with Moises and his family. Moises is a
little boy who was injured in an accident
in Belize 2 years ago during the time our mission team was
there. He needed to be transported to Texas for medical
care. He is now back in Belize and doing well.
